Nowadays, some new things have been invented and done. Even I know some others, because I receive a lot of different reports from various sources; but I am not really satisfied with this amount of science development. These issues can be discussed just in situations like this. When I say I am not satisfied with them, it does not mean that we could achieve, but we did not try. Perhaps it is not anybody fault and it is not possible to do more than this. Possibly it is true, but actually this reality is not satisfactory. We are still far away from our goal. I have not great expectation; I do not say we must achieve the highest levels of sciences in the world during ten or twenty years but it must be our goal to release our country entirely from science detention, even it takes fifty years. This is the meaning of science development. Science does not produce the same as other things do, it requires preliminaries, but it is necessary to expand our knowledge, deepen it and acquire new one.
